Project K

About Project K

One generation leaves markers for the next.

A small stone cairn on a limestone ridge at dawn, with misty hills in the distance

For thousands of years, people have stacked stones to mark a route—so the next traveler does not have to begin without guidance.

Project K applies that practice to human experience.

When someone retires, changes careers or leaves an institution, decades of judgment should not vanish with them. And a person at a turning point should not have to find guidance by accident. Project K builds the structure that lets one generation leave clear, usable markers for the next.

The long-term vision

A disciplined method, applied carefully over time.

Project K begins with institutional knowledge continuity and a controlled mentorship pilot. Over time, the same disciplined methodology may support career transitions, education, entrepreneurship, reentry and other consequential life journeys.

Principles

What we hold to, as we build.

  1. Serve the person, not the advertiser

No advertising model. No attention extraction. Ever.

  2. AI supports; humans guide

Technology handles structure and logistics. Judgment stays human.

  3. Privacy is structural, not promotional

Private reflection is separated from reporting by architecture, not by promise.

  4. Mentorship must be bounded and accountable

Clear scope, clear expectations, clear beginnings and endings.

  5. Scale must be earned through evidence

We expand only when the previous step has been proven.

The path is marked by those who walk it first.
